All complaints are dealt with on a case by case basis. The level of compensation and/or refund offered, if any, will be entirely dependant on the merit of each individual case.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, then please raise this with our customer care team. We will try to deal with your complaint promptly and sympathetically. We aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days.
